did you know there was supposed to be six books? they published the first one after the mini-series aired, and I bought it, and then I went on the B&N website just to look at the info for it and in the Editorial Reviews section they give you a summary of the book and then one of the last lines is this:
“Hallmark Enertaiment Books, a partnership between Hallmark and Kensington Publishing, will publish six books that tie in with Hallmark’s 1999/2000 television season.”
uuhhhmmmm….where the hell are the other five books? unless they’re considering the one book they published to be ‘six books’. hah.
the mini-series itself makes it seem like there were going to be more movies, Virginia’s last words are something like ‘but that is a story for another time, this is the end of this chapter in the story of the 10th Kingdom’ or w/e. I don’t have the exact quote.
five more books? that would’ve been amazing. this movie has been my all time favorite since the day I saw it and there are scenes in the book that aren’t in the movie.
what happened to the other five books?
